At LEVNT, we are committed to empowering our learning communities through collaboration, shared vision, and meaningful support. As the regional office for Lutheran schools and early childhood services across Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania, we work alongside leaders, educators and staff to strengthen professional practice, deepen Lutheran identity, and help every child flourish.
As part of the broader Lutheran Education Australia (LEA) network, our communities benefit from access to a rich range of nationally recognised professional learning, leadership development, accreditation and formation opportunities. This connection enables staff at every stage of their career to learn alongside colleagues from Lutheran education settings across Australia, share expertise, and grow in their vocation and leadership.
From accreditation and faith formation programs to leadership development, governance training and specialist learning opportunities, LEA's professional learning pathways equip educators and leaders with the knowledge, skills and confidence to thrive in their roles while strengthening the mission and impact of Lutheran education.
LEVNT works collaboratively with strategic partners to create targeted professional learning opportunities that focus on growing the capacity of learning communities to live our vision for learning "Free to Flourish". When you work in one of our communities you grow alongside colleagues in our Lutheran Education network across Australia. Everyone in our communities grows our flourishing dispositions compassionate, purposeful, adventurous and relational
Together, LEVNT and Lutheran Education Australia create opportunities for lifelong learning, ensuring our schools and services remain vibrant, connected and future-focused communities where learning, leadership and faith flourish.
