Lutheran Education VIC, NSW, TAS and ACT Ltd (LEVNT) is an incorporated charity and company limited by guarantee. Its sole Member is the Lutheran Church of Australia Victorian District (LCAVD). This structure provides clear civil governance while maintaining unity in Lutheran ministry and mission.
LEVNT is governed by a board of directors and works alongside Educational Bodies to support strong governance, faithful Christian education, and compliance with Church, legal, financial, educational and operational requirements. Its relationship with each Educational Body reflects that body’s individual governance structure, including whether it is affiliated with, or operated by, LEVNT.
